Shipping/Operation Department
A Shipping department is the backbone of any forwarding company. Our shipping department is equipped with years of experience in handling and arranging any household shipment, locally and internationally. For the U.S. Embassy, we have a separate shipping department which works under a shipping manager, who looks after all the U.S. Embassy’s incoming and outgoing shipments and also directs all the operational staff working under him for U.S. Embassy jobs. Our Operational staff comprises of a team of a shipping officer, operational supervisors, packers and drivers. The duty of the shipping manager is to keep in touch with U.S. Embassy shipping department to arrange and provide all the information and documentation of each move. The shipping manager reports the director of the company for the daily progress of his work. The company’s management also directly visits the clients’ residence at the time of packing to ensure the standard of packing.
